Harris River Bridge

The Harris River roadside park is one of life’s happy little surprises. I stopped there one day to take a break on a rather long drive I was making and decided to explore a bit. Girl Guides was a very long time ago and so were the camping lessons taught to me by my father but I do have enough common sense to mark a trail a little which is what I found myself doing as I slip-slided through the woods in a pair of ridiculous sandals. :-D

The surprise was this scene when I came to the edge of a cliff-sized hill. A pleasant but ordinary roadside park with this hidden away in the woods.
